Glamour Beauty was started in 2017 by owner Katie Phelps. We started as an on-location bridal hair and makeup. In 2021, Katie opened Glamour Beauty salon in downtown White Bear Lake, MN. After working for many different salons and freelancing, Katie realized her goal was to open a larger salon in a high-traffic area, where like-minded creatives could showcase their work and make a liveable wage doing what they love!
With her passion for all aspects of the beauty industry, Glamour Beauty is here to change the experience for both stylist and client! Providing luxury and an unforgettable experience for each client!
